Tally the electoral votes each for Romney and Obama, based on these red and blue states.
Decide which states you feel are uncommitted ("toss-up"/swing) as of a certain date--put date on map!
For EACH of these swing states, write at least a paragraph of analysis explaining WHY you did not shade the state red or blue at that particular time. Your analysis should include specific evidence. Also, cite the sources you used to make your decisions (you can use the links under HW 13, among others).
